“I am certain there are many people out there who are better writers than me, but until they put pen to paper, how am I to know?”
Inspiration can only take a person so far. The rest involves hard work, dedication, and an internal fire that refuses to die out. I’ve learned a lot of lessons on my path to authorship, but that is one of the big ones. Dreams are great, but they are little more than puffy clouds and marshmallows until someone dares to reign them in and play them out. That is what I’ve been doing for the past two years. That is what I will continue to do. I refuse to let the clouds pass overhead without a valiant effort to pin them down.
